Academic Programmes ran by the college-

The Undergraduate programme –B. B. A., B.C.A., B.Com, B.Ed., D.El.Ed.
The sequence of Higher education levels are -Undergraduate-Postgraduate-Research-Job oriented learning and its implementation in various jobs and inventions in the welfare of man and Nation.
The Undergraduate as well as Postgraduate programmes aim towards the success of students in Research, Inventions, Industrial jobs and contributions in Nation building and in the interest of the Globe.

Programme Outcomes

This programme is structured to provide in depth knowledge to students about various core subjects like accounting, law, statistics, economics, auditing etc. The students has adequate knowledge of adapting to the changes in the flexible business world. BACHELOR OF COMMERCE (B.Com)

PROGRAMME SPECIFIC OUTCOMES

The program will provide them with adequate knowledge and skill to provide consultancy services in commerce related job areas and to make them more competent in their respective jobs. It will help to communicate effectively on commercial aspects with the society at large.

A B.Com student can explore numerous career options after obtaining the degree. Students either can start their own venture or look for job prospect in the area of accounting, marketing, banking, stock broking, secretarial practices etc.

They can become accountant, auditor, tax auditor, manager, statistician, accounts clerk, cashier etc.

Also, Graduates of the B.Com programme will

The students will have advanced knowledge in the field of business and management and will acquire the basic skills required for carrying out business activities, research, stock market operations, accounting practices, etc. The program also provides them with adequate knowledge and skill to provide consultancy services in finance and marketing. Students can confidently prepare for CA, CS, Banking, Civil etc.

Public Finance	To develop the understanding of public finance and policy, tax policy principles and reforms. This subject provides critical approach to examine the principles, processes and outcomes of revenue and expenditure of government.
Corporate Accounting	Students are expected to know the accounting procedures followed by companies in conformity with the provisions of companies act
Auditing	To develop the understanding of audit concept, its rules, regulation, procedure applicability and report writing.
Principle of Marketing	Students are expected to know the fundamental marketing concepts, theories and principles in areas of marketing policy of market, consumer behavior of product, distribution, promotion and pricing decisions.
Economic Laws	This subject aims to recognize the economic issues in a legal problem and apply the economic way to thinking to analyze it. Assess the efficiency effects of legal rules and policies.
E-Commerce	To develop the understanding of the fundamentals and importance of E-Commerce. Students will learn how e-commerce concepts are applied to different fields like education, banking, tourism, retail and so on.
Management Accounting	Students are expected to know the conceptual framework of management accounting and develop the ability to collect, analyze and communicate quantitative and non quantitative information to assist management in effective planning and control decisions.

BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA)

Focuses on preparing student for roles pertaining to computer Applications and IT industry
Start from the basics and in every semester learns each and everything about computers.
Develop programming skills, networking skills, learn applications, packages, programming languages and modern techniques of IT

B.Ed. Programme aims at preparing professionally trained teachers.
To develop teachers with the knowledge on socio and psycho perspectives of learner, expertise on curricular and pedagogical concerns of the learner.

PROGRAMME OUTCOME FOR D.EL.ED.

On successful completion of the two-year D.El.Ed. programme, pupil teachers will be able to develop-

Po1. Teaching competency: Teaching competency developed through microteaching, simulated teaching.

Po2. Pedagogical skills: Detailed knowledge of the subject, perfected teaching skill – marked by implementation of new methods and techniques into educational activities and also distinguished by the incorporation of essentially new, progressive theoretical ideas, principles and methods of training and education

Po3. Teaching Through Nonconventional Modes: Evolving a system of education which enhances the potential of every learners to acquire, retain and transform knowledge leading to wisdom society through creative, experiential and joyful modes of learning.

Po4. Critical thinking:developing critical thinking skills of the students through a number of activities like classroom discussions, debates, and presentations of seminar topics by students followed by question-answer session etc.

Po5. Effective communication:facilitating the students to develop skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking to add to their communication ability in English and Hindi as well to connect them with the world around and for best teaching-learning purpose.

Po6. Programmes Specific Outcomes

PSO1.Enable to understand the developmental task of different age groups, providing hands on experiences to interact with children, developing understanding about individual differences among children in the class and organize teaching learning process accordingly, to comprehend teaching competencies and skills through various teaching pedagogies and internship and facilitating the learners to become friendly user of ICT.

PSO2: Enable them to understand the relationship between education and schooling , develop the understanding of educational philosophy propounded by some great western and Indian philosophers and thinkers, develop the capacity among student teachers to use knowledge of effective verbal, non-verbal and media communication techniques to foster active enquiry, collaboration and supportive interaction in the classroom, provide a rich programme of curricular and co-curricular activities for student teachers for all round development of their personalities

PSO3: To enable the pupil teachers to comprehend and use formal and informal assessment strategies to evaluate and ensure the continuous intellectual social, emotional, mental and physical development of the learners, developing sensitivity towards language diversity and inclusion in the classroom and its role in teaching- learning process and to promote students physical, mental and emotional well being.
