Code of conduct for Student and Faculties

Following code of conduct and Disciplinary process has been framed in the interest of institution faculties and students. Following action will invite disciplinary process/action:-

  1. Depart from accepted standards in the academic community and misuse of sources.
  2. Use of unrecognized norms to gain unearned academic advantage.
  3. To become disorderly, involving in disturbances interfering with the rights of others, damages properly and behaving unacceptable social behavior on or off campus.
  4. Unauthorized accessing or arbitration of document and record under control of the college including data papers and examination and improper use of college electronic and physical resources.
  5. Interfering in regular procedures of the college, investigations etc.
  6. Indulging in raging.
  7. Indulging in sexual misconduct and harassment. (See disciplinary process on the page enclosed)

 

Disciplinary Process

  1. All reports of misconduct shall be referred to respective faculties of group of students monitoring conduct and rules etc. and redressed of grievances.
  2. Similarly all sexual harassment complaints will be referred to faculties of group of students monitoring sexual harassment.
  3. Cases not involving suspension or dismissal shall be disposed off by the above mentioned group committees after giving proper chance of explanation to the accused.
  4. All serious misconduct cases will be referred by group of student committee, with its preliminary investigations to student conduct committee comprising two faculties and two students headed by senior faculty next to principal. This committee will appoint an enquiry officer among by staff.
  5. The group of students committee will provide facility of advisor to the accused student. Among the student during proceeding by enquiry officer.
  6. The students committee shall deliver its decision on facts on record.
  7. The decision of student committee can be appealed to the principal whose decision will be final.
